Orders placed with SureSafe Supplies are governed by our Terms of Service and Return and refund policy, available at checkout. This page summarizes our return and warranty terms.

Returns & warranty

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something is damaged or incorrect, email info@suresafesupplies.com within 7 days of delivery.

If you discover a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, let us know in writing within 30 days of finding it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund. Please do not send products back until we authorize the return.

We cannot accept returns of correctly supplied, defect-free products, including opened or used PPE.
